In 2012, our Partners at Golden Clover Assets began funding small businesses. In 2017 one of the founders had a son and wanted to focus on financing the development of communities, which lead to Babcock Development.

From the beginning, Babcock Development had the ability to find areas that had untapped potential. We have taken on projects that no one saw the potential. We then realized we could utilize our experience by offering services to other individuals with their construction and development needs.  We also take pride in developing communities for the future generations to come.

To date, Babcock Development has yet to receive returns under 10% annually on any project they have taken on and have seen as high as 40% annual returns. We also offer offer junk removal, demolition services, dumpster rental and excavation services outside of our internal network. We have the ability to do so with the success we have encountered by conducting business with integrity.
